摘要
介绍了步进电机的控制原理,提出了一种使用单片机和CPLD联合控制步进电机的设计方案。单片机发出的控制信号用CPLD转换成电机实际的控制信号,并通过驱动放大电路实现了对步进电机速度和方向的精确控制。实验结果表明,本文设计的系统修改方便,使用灵活,可靠性高,可移植性强,具有广泛的适应性。
In this paper, the principle of controlling the step - motor is introduced. A realization scheme of control scheme based on single chip and CPLD for stepper motor is presented. The controls signals produced by the single chip are converted into final signals of control by the pulse coder by the CPLD. Through the driving circuit, it can control the speed and direction of the step - motor accurately. As the experientialresults show, the system has the features of being easily modified, good flexibility, high reliability, powerful transplantable capability and with wide adaptability.
