摘要
利用CAD/CAE集成的方法完成了汽油钻钻头的CAD建模及有限元分析。首先以Pro/E为平台建立了钻头的三维参数化模型,经过模型简化以及对有限元的前处理,把所建立的三维CAD模型转化为有限元模型,并利用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,为钻头的开发和优化设计提供了一定的参考依据。
The method of CAD/CAE is employed to accomplish CAD modeling and finite element analysis of gasoline drill' s aiguille. Based on Pro/E 3D the parameterized model of the aiguille is established, then by simplifying the model and doing the preceding disposals of finite element analysis, the geometry model is transferred to the finite element model that is obtained by the definite ion of nodes and elements. In this way, finite element analysis of aiguille is accomplished based on ANSYS, the research result provides important reference value for development and optimization design of aiguilles.
