摘要 通过对管板耐蚀堆焊进行层层试验,严格控制焊接线能量,减小母材熔深,尽可能降低熔合比,避免稀释率过高,以及选用高铬镍的焊接材料作为过渡层,制定出焊接工艺规程:完全能够满足堆焊金属的性能要求,避免未熔合及弧坑裂纹等缺陷的产生。 The required performance of welding for corrosion resistant overlay on tube plate with no defects such as incomplete fusion and bead crack etc. can be achieved according to the welding procedure which was made through testing on corrosion resistant welding overlay on tube plate layer by layer, strictly controlling the line energy of welding to reduce the fused meltal depth and fusion ratio of the weld, avoiding higher dilution ratio, and selecting high chromium and nickel welding material as transition layers.
