摘要
采用有限元法对加氢反应器裙座支撑区进行有限元分析及优化设计,并对其危险截面作应力评定和强度校核。同时对保温区保温材料填满率、裙座壁厚和筒体壁厚进行了优化设计。结果表明:保温区保温材料填满率对裙座支撑区温度梯度存在最优解,裙座壁厚对加氢反应器支撑区最大当量应力值影响较大。
The finite element method is applied to analysis and optimize the design of the hydrogenation reactor skirt support area, and stress of the risk section is assessed and strength is checked. The fill rate of insulation materials in insulation zone, skirt thickness and the cylinder wall thickness have been optimally designed. The results show that there is an optimization between fill rate of insulation materials in insulation zone and temperature gradient in skirt support area, and cylinder wall thickness of skirt has a great impact on the maximum equivalent stress in the hydrogenation reactor skirt support area.
