摘要
高职教育产学结合是具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才培养的有效教学模式,我国发展高职高专教育必须走产学结合的道路。要实现产学结合的良性发展,必须形成一套切实可行的产学结合人才培养模式,建立一个好的运行机制。本文结合教改实践探讨了新世纪高职教育产学结合人才培养目标以及产学结合人才培养的途径。
The cultivation mode combined production and teaching is an effective teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, to cultivate high quality talents with creativity and practicing ability. The development of China＇ s higher vocational education shall take this mode as direction. To realize the souud development of the combined mode of production and teaching, we should establish a series of practical and feasible cultivation measures and build an effective mechanism. On basis of the experience on reform of teaching mode, this article probes into the cultivation goal under the mode combined production and teaching and puts forward some methods and measures to achieve the goal in the new century.
