摘要
目的:为鉴别苍耳子与南苍耳子寻找有效方法。方法:采用不同的鉴别法对两者进行鉴别试验。结果:在性状鉴别中两者的果实顶端一对喙刺以及瘦果顶端的花柱基存在明显差异;荧光鉴别中两者的粉末、水提液荧光无明显差异,95%乙醇提取液苍耳子显粉红色,南苍耳子显暗蓝白色;在薄层色谱中采用《中国药典》收载的苍耳子薄层色谱法无法区分两者;两者的乙醚提取物在展开剂环己烷-醋酸乙酯-甲酸(10:2:0.2)展开后,苍耳子比南苍耳子多两个紫红色荧光斑点。结论:本实验方法为鉴别苍耳子和南苍耳子提供依据。
Objective： To find out effective methods to discern fructus xanthii sibiricum from fruetus xanthii indicum. Methods： Used different methods to earry out experiments in identification of fruetus xanthii sibiricum and fruetus xanthii iruticum. Results： In the property identification, a pair of peak-stabs at the top of fruit and the base of the style at the top of athene have obvious differences. In the fluoreseent indentification, the fluoreseenee of powder and extraetion of them have no difference, and the 95% ethanol extraets obtained from fruetus xanthii sibiricum shows pink , while fructus xanthii iruticum shows dark blue-white. In TLC ,used fructus xanthii sibiricum TLC reeorded by pharmaeopoeia cannot differentiate them;but the ether extracts of the two develope in Cyelohexane- Ethyl Aeetate-Formie Aeid （10：2：0.2）, fructus xanthii sibiricum has two more fluoreseenee spots than fruetus xanthii indicum. Conclusion： The experiment methods provide a basic to discern fructus xanthii sibiricum from fruetus xanthii indicum.
