摘要
目的:以乳安巴布剂中芍药苷为检测指标,研究不同浓度氮酮对该制剂体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池进行体外透皮试验,HPLC测定接受液中芍药苷含量。结果:不同浓度氮酮对芍药苷均有促渗作用,3%氮酮对芍药苷的促渗作用最强。结论:氮酮浓度为3%时促渗效果最佳,为该制剂的深入研究提供了依据。
Objective: To study the effect of azone at different concentration on transdermal absorption of Ru' an cataplasm, in which paeoniflorin was determined. Methods: Using frans diffusion cell to conduct experiment in vitro, was analyzed by HPLC. Results: Azone at diffirent concentration could all promote the permeability of the paeoniflorin, 3 % azone has the best permeation-enhancing effect. Conclusion: 3 % azone has the best permeation-enhancing effect, the results provide basis for the in-depth reseach on Ru'an cataplasm.
