摘要
目的:观察清热消痰化瘀法治疗不同病情级别寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取寻常痤疮患者121例,随机分为治疗组(清热消痰化瘀法)61例和对照组(清热暗疮片)60例,对比治疗前后的皮损改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组的显效率和皮损改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);清热消痰化瘀法对Ⅱ、Ⅲ级痤疮疗效最显著,Ⅰ级稍差,Ⅳ级疗效果最差。结论:清热消痰化瘀法治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of heat-cleaning.phlegm-resolving and blood stasis-removing therapy in the treatment of different grades of acne vulgaris. Methods 121 patients were distributed into two groups by random： 61 of the experimental group （treated with heat-cleaning.phlegm-resolving and blood stasis-removing therapy） and 60 of the control group （treated with heat-cleaning acne tablet）. Results The clinical effect and the reduction of total lesion counts of experimental group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Treating the moderate acne patients（ Ⅱ - Ⅲ grades） with heat-cleaning.phlegm-resolving and blood stasis-removing therapy demonstrated the most clinical effect. Treatments in grade Ⅰ and Ⅳ were not as efficient as that in grades Ⅱ and. Conclusion Heat-cleaning. phlegm-resolving and blood stasis-removing therapy had definite clinical effect in treating acne vulgaris.
