摘要 目的:通过对乳牙髓腔壁形态特点的观察,并与恒牙进行对比,分析和探讨乳牙龋病发展特点与其形态结构的联系。方法:取外伤后无法保存的上颌乳中切牙作为标本,运用扫描电镜技术进行形态学观察。结果:与恒牙相比,乳牙的3种硬组织结构均较疏松,胶原纤维丰富,牙本质小管偏直,小管内成牙本质细胞突起多见。结论:乳牙的形态结构特点是龋病易感的重要因素,也是利用药物进行乳牙龋病预防的结构基础。 Objective:To observe the morphologic characteristic of the walls of primary tooth pulp cavity,comparing with young permanent teeth,to explore the relationship between morphological structure of the primary teeth and caries development.Methods:Specimens were obtained from patients who suffered from dental traumas and the upper primary central incisors cannot be kept.The SEM technique was used for the observation.Results:Three kinds of dental hard tissues had porous structures,with plenty of collagen fibers,more straight dental tubules and more odontoblastic processes in the tubules.Conclusion:The morphological-structural characteristics of primary teeth is an important factor of caries development.It is also the structure base on medical prevention of dental caries.
