摘要
对钼改性骨架镍的结构特征进行了研究,考察了其在中性至偏碱性水溶液中催化硝基T酸液相加氢制备T酸的作用。优化出适宜的反应条件为:反应温度80~130℃,反应压力2.5~3.5 MPa,硝基T酸的初始浓度0.63 mol/L,m(催化剂)∶m(硝基T酸)=8∶1 000。研究表明,钼改性骨架镍催化活性高,性能稳定,催化剂连续套用15次,硝基T酸转化率均高于98.2%。
Structural characteristics of Mo modified skeletal Ni was studied. The catalyst was used for liquid phase hydrogenation of nitro T-acid to T-acid in weakly alkaline or neutral aqueous solution. The optimized reaction conditions are 80 - 130 ℃, 2.5 - 3.5 MPa, m ( Cat. ) : m ( nitro T-acid) = 8 : 1 000, and initial concentration of nitro T-acid 0. 63 mol/L. Mo modified skeletal Ni catalyst showed high activity and excellent stability. The conversion of nitro T-acid was maintained at a level of higher than 98.2% even after 15 times batch-running.
