摘要
研究了以联苯和三氯化磷为原料,在无水三氯化铝的催化作用下,合成中间体4,4′-联苯基双二氯化膦,中间体再与2,4-二叔丁基苯酚发生酯化反应生成抗氧剂四(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)4,4′-联苯基二亚磷酸酯(即P-EPQ)的工艺条件,并对产品进行了熔点测定,元素分析,以及红外光谱分析。产品的收率在55%以上,熔程为185.3~186.2℃。产品的熔点,元素分析和红外光谱图均与文献相符。结果表明,目的产物即为抗氧剂P-EPQ。
Antioxidan synthesized by two t tetrakis- ( 2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl ) 4,4′-biphenylenediphosphonite ( P - EPQ ) is steps. Firstly, the intermediate is synthesized using biphenyl and phosphorus trichloride as raw materials and aluminum trichloride as catalyst;then the intermediate reacts with 2,4- di-t-butylphenol.to give the final product P - EPQ. The product is characterized by means of melting point,elementary analysis and IR spectra. Under the optimum conditions, the yield is over 55% , and the melting range is 185.3 -186. 2 ℃. The melting point, elementary analysis and IR spectra are identical with those in the literatures.
