摘要
采用自然教学实验的研究方法,探讨心理健康教育对大学生健康信念、健康行为、健康水平的影响。采用健康信念、行为调查表和Cawte健康量表,对实验组和对照组进行调查和测试。结果表明,心理健康教育不仅明显改善了大学生的健康信念和健康行为,而且提高了他们的身心健康水平。
This paper probes into the influence of the psychological health education on college students' health belief, health behavior and health level by natural teaching methodology which was carried out by surveying both the experimental and non - experimental groups with questionnaire on health belief, health behavior, and by testing them with Care's stress questionnaire. It turns out that psychological health education not only helps improve college students' health belief and behavior, but enhance their psychological health level.
