摘要 铁是动物必需的微量元素之一,生产中经常在饲料中添加铁制剂。铁的生物学效价是铁制剂的一项重要评定指标,也是近年来动物营养学的研究热点。本文对铁在体内的作用和代谢过程、生物学效价的研究方法以及影响生物学效价的因素进行了论述,并对存在的问题进行了分析。 Iron is one of the essential elements to animals, and often added to feed. The bioavailability of iron is an important evaluating index to the iron supplement, and is also the issue in animal nutrition science. The function, the metabolism, the evaluating method on the bioavailability of iron, and some factors influencing iron absorption and utilization were reviewed, and the existing questions were analyzed.
