摘要
受隧道建设过程中施工条件等因素的影响,衬砌背后与围岩之间常有空洞存在,而使衬砌受到不均匀的荷载作用,同时因空洞部位不能产生被动抗力约束衬砌的变形,结构极易产生病害而使隧道尽早的进入到维修管理阶段。文章以重庆市在建的笔架山隧道为现场原型,室内采用几何比为1∶25的大比例模型试验,全面研究结构在同级围岩中相同缺陷形式下,采用相同加载方式至结构产生病害后进行不同补强方式的破坏性试验。通过对回填压注的效果进行对比性分析得出:对于存在空洞的病害隧道,回填压注应作为首选补强形式。
There are often cavity between lining and surrounding rock because of some reasons, such as construct conditions and technologies etc. During constructing tunnel, and then result in the lining endure asymmetric load on it,at the same time the position of cavity can not offered resistance to constrain displacement of lining and produce disease which lead to the lining maintained. The paper taking the building tunnel of BI Jia mountain as prototype in chongqing city and geometric similarity ratio of 1∶25 adopted in model test. Applying the same load on the structure till it produce the disease, and then apply load again while the structure was destroyed after taking different reinforcing mode in same rock mass and the same defect. Through contrasting backfilling pressure casting with other reinforcing mode and conclude the backfilling pressure casting should be the first selection while cavity existed.
