摘要
政府应该以经济法律关系的主体身份介入房屋商业性拆迁市场,对拆迁市场进行适度干预,而不是以行政法律关系主体身份全面、过度介入商业性拆迁市场,亦不是对商业性拆迁活动放任自流,完全退出拆迁市场。
The government should make moderate intervention in the market of commercial demolition of urban housing as the subject of economic and legal relationship instead of either intervening in the market in an all-round and extravagant way as the subject of administrative relationship or retreating from the market to let commercial demolition alone.
