摘要 木糖醇是一种五碳糖醇,已被广泛应用于食品、医药和化工等领域,利用微生物发酵生产木糖醇成为目前研究热点。该文综述微生物菌种、纤维素水解液制备及影响发酵过程一些重要因素,如通气量、初始木糖浓度、氮源等,并介绍微生物发酵法生产木糖醇一些新技术,最后对其前景进行展望。 Xylitol, a five carbon sugar alcohol, owing to its unique properties, began to be frequently used in food, medicine and chemical industries. Fermentative production of xylitol has became a promising process. The paper expatiates the relative microorganism, hemicellulosic hydrolysate and affecting factors such as aeration quantity, initial xylitol concentration and nitrogen sources. It presents some new technology and finally makes an expectation to its further advancement.
