摘要
通过考查产甲烷过程中辅酶M和辅酶F420浓度的变化,研究了钴及其配合物的添加对产甲烷的影响。研究表明,添加钴和配合钴对产甲烷关键酶的浓度均有一定影响,同时,在相同添加摩尔浓度下,相对于钴,配合钴对关键酶的影响更为显著。当丝氨酸-钴配合物的添加剂浓度为2μmol/L时,污泥中(VSS)辅酶F420的浓度由空白样的0.375μmol/g提高到0.628μmol/g,辅酶M的浓度由空白样的51.01μmol/g提高到110.60μmol/g。
The effects of cobalt and its complexation on methanogenesis were investigated through the indictors of coenzyme M and coenzyme F420. Research indicated that the addition of cobalt and its complexation influenced the content of the key enzymes in methanogenesis. Compared with cobalt, the complexation of cobalt has significant influence on the enzyme under the condition of equal addition. The addition of 2 μmol/L of serine-co complexation led to an increase of coenzyme F420 from 0.375 μmol/g to 0.628 μmol/g and a simultaneous increase of coenzyme M from 51.01 μmol/g to 110.60μmol/g.
