过敏性休克猝死豚鼠肺组织内嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子的变化及法医学意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨豚鼠过敏性休克猝死后嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)在肺组织内的表达及法医学意义。方法12只健康豚鼠随机分为对照组和过敏性休克模型组(n=6)。以人血清致敏法建立过敏性休克豚鼠模型,而对照组注射生理盐水。免疫组化法测定Eotaxin在正常豚鼠和过敏性休克模型豚鼠肺组织内蛋白表达。结果模型组豚鼠肺组织内Eotaxin表达阳性表达显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在过敏性休克发生时Eotaxin在肺内阳性表达显著增加,为过敏性休克的判定提供辅助诊断依据。 Objective To explore the value of eosinophil chemotactic factor in forensic medicine by observing its expression in lung tissues of guinea pigs with anaphylactic shock.Methods Twelve guinea pigs were divided into two groups:shock group and control group.The guinea pigs were injected with physiological saline in control group,while were immunized intracutaneously with human mixed serum and then induced by endocardiac injection after 3 weeks in shock group.Expression of eotaxin in lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results The expression of eotaxin in lung tissues increased significantly in shock group compared with control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The result indicates that eotaxin may be an adjunctive index for judging anaphylactic shock in forensic practice.
