肠三叶因子对坏死性小肠结肠炎大鼠IL-6及IL-10的影响及意义

摘要
坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis,NEC)是新生儿期的一种肠道炎症疾病,尤其好发于早产儿和(或)低出生体重儿,严重时可危及患儿生命。NEC的发病与早产、肠管缺血一缺氧性损伤、肠道功能及机体抵抗力未成熟、肠道喂养和细菌感染等有关。这些危险因素导致炎症介质的大量产生,随着局部炎症级联反应的激活,在细胞水平上发生一系列的变化从而导致肠坏死。肠三叶因子(intestinal trefoil factor,ITF)为三叶肽家族成员之一,
