摘要
学科生态环境对于高校的生存和发展具有决定性作用。通过对学科生态环境的构成因素分析,运用生态学理论,提出高校学科建设的生态化建设目标应该是:(1)准确定位,即找准自身在学科整体发展中的学科生态位;(2)维持平衡,即学科的规模、结构和水平要保持平衡;(3)优胜劣汰,协同进化,最终取得学科建设的共生共荣。
Discipline environment plays a decisive role in universities'existence and development. Based on ecology theory, the paper analyzes the factors of Discipline environment and points out the ecotypic goals of discipline construction in universities: (1)Accurate orientation - finding out its own ecological position in the general development of discipline ; (2) Maintenance of balance - scales, structure and levels keeping balance ; (3) Survival of the fittest, making progress together with each other and realizing common prosperity of all disciplines.
