摘要
研制了一种新型复合型建筑隔热涂料。借鉴他人测试设备加以改进获得仿真太阳热反射测试设备,并用此设备对空心微珠添加量与粒度分布、绢云母在漆膜中的添加量对漆膜隔热性能的影响进行了分析。对涂料体系最优稳定粘度及其漆膜隔热性能最优厚度进行了测定。获得的隔热涂料采用水性硅丙树脂与质量分数为11.5%的绢云母和10%的空心微珠配制而成。其最佳稳定粘度为100KU,最佳隔热厚度为500μm,隔热性能、耐候性能、耐刷洗性能、耐水耐碱性较普通国产市售隔热涂料均有较大提高。
A new coating of thermal insulation architectural was developed. The relation between the thermal insulation property, the quality and the size bound of Cenosphere and Sericite were analyzed by the improved test equipment. At the same time, the best storing viscosity and the best thickness of the thermal insulation property were discussed. The coating is mixed with the silicone-acrylic resin, Seficite and Cenosphere. (w(Sericite) = 11. 5 %, w(Cenosphere) = 10%. ) The best storing viscosity is 100KU. The best thickness of the thermal insulation is 500μm. Our coating is better than the normal sale Chinese thermal insulation coating in these fields: the thermal insulation property, the ability of anti-aging, anti-brushing and the anti-water/anti-alkali.
