摘要
提出了轴悬式驱动装置悬挂载荷分析模型,并通过实例计算了驱动装置结构参数和运行工况对悬挂点载荷的影响。通过分析,得出如下结论:轴悬式驱动装置悬挂载荷不仅与结构参数有关,也与运行工况有关。优化结构,可减小悬挂载荷;而弄清运行工况与悬挂载荷的关系,这对于轴承的寿命计算、结构件的疲劳计算非常重要。
The analysis model is forwarded for the analysis of suspension loads of locomotive axle-hung drive. The influences are calculated with practical examples, on the loads at the suspension point by the structural parameters of the drive as well as the operation modes. Through the analysis a conclusion is reached that the suspension loads of axle-hung drive is not only related with the structural parameters, but also the operation modes. The suspension loads could be reduced by structure optimization. Further on, the relationship between the operation modes and suspension loads are of key importance to the axle lifetime calculation and fatigue calculation of structural components.
