摘要
对城市公交线网换乘优惠幅度的确定问题进行了研究。考虑了换乘优惠政策的实施对乘客采用公交出行的需求量和乘客对公交线网路径选择行为改变的影响,将该问题抽象成一个双层非线性规划模型,上层模型实现网络经济效益最大化,下层模型为基于弹性需求的随机用户平衡模型。最后通过一个算例来建立公交换乘优惠的双层模型,并采用基于惩罚函数的直接搜索法对模型进行求解。结果表明:该双层模型能够在实现公交网络效益最大化时确定合理的换乘优惠幅度。
The optimal range of urban transit network transfer benefit was discussed. Considering the influences of transfer benefit policy on the public traffic demand and routing decision for passenger travel in a transit network, a bi-level nonlinear programming model was introduced. The upper level can obtain the maximum net economic benefit, while the lower level is a stochastic user equilibrium transit assignment model with elastic demand. An example was given and the direct searching method based on penalty function was used to solve the model. The results show that the bi-level programming model can determine a reasonable range of transit network transfer benefit while maximize the net economic benefit.
