黄芪生药对游泳大鼠糖代谢相关酶影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨中药黄芪对游泳大鼠糖代谢的影响,采用实验法检测大鼠游泳力竭时间、不同状态下大鼠骨骼肌HK活性、LDH活性、SDH活性、MDH活性的动态变化。实验结果发现:1)两组大鼠游泳力竭时间比较B组游泳力竭时间明显延长(P<0.05)。2)B组大鼠骨骼肌HK活性在力竭恢复12 h状态下显著高于A组(P<0.05);LDH活性在不同状态下较A组显著升高(P<0.05),A组内大鼠LDH活性在力竭即刻时显著降低(P<0.05);SDH活性在安静状态下B组显著高于A组(P<0.05),组内在力竭即刻时降低(P<0.05);MDH活性在安静状态下B组显著升高(P<0.05),A组内在运动1 h时升高、在力竭即刻显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪能够促进无氧代谢相关酶LDH和HK活性的升高.减缓运动过程中其活性的降低,提高机体无氧代谢能力;可以增加大鼠机体有氧代谢酶SDH、MDH的活性,减缓其活性下降速率及增加其恢复,维持更长的运动时间。 In order to observe the effects of Astragalus hoangtchy on glycogen metabolism in swimming rats, through using the method of experimentation, this paper tested the time of exhausting of swimming of the rats and detected the dynamic change of the succinate dehydrogenase ( SDH ), malate dehydrogenase ( MDH ), hexokinase ( HK ) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in differen conditions. The result showed that the time of exhausting of the rats swimming of the group B is definitely longer than that of the group A (P〈0.05). In conditions of recovery of 12 hours after exhausting, the activity of SDH of goroup B is higher than that of group A (P〈0.05). In different condition, active of LDH of group B is increased obviously compared with of group A (P〈0.05). In instant of exhausted, active of LDH of group A decreased obviously. In rest condition, the activity of SDH of group B is higher obviously than that of group A ( P〈0.05) and in instant of exhausted, active of SDH decreased in groups (P〈0.05). In rest conditions, active of MDH of group B increased obviously (P〈0.05). After one hour exercise, active of MDH of group A increased and decreased obviously in instant of exhaustion (P〈0.05). The conclusion is that astragalus hoangtchy can increase the active of LDH and HK, slow down decreasing of active of its during exercise, increase capacity of anaerobic metabolism, and increase active of SDH and MDH, slow down reduction of rate of their active and speed up recovery of active, make good use of the energy substances and prolong exercise time.
