摘要
以丹参中水溶性成分丹酚酸B的收率为指标,采用微波提取的方法,考察浸泡时间、溶剂种类及浓度、提取时间、液固比、溶液pH和提取级数等因素对收率的影响;结合正交实验设计确定了丹酚酸B的最佳提取工艺条件为:去离子水为溶剂,液固比12,微波提取90 s,溶液的pH=5,提取2次,丹酚酸B的收率为3.40%.将优化后的微波提取结果与其他方法比较,结果表明微波提取分别比超声提取、索氏提取的收率高出54.0%和57.6%.
A microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) was used for extraction of salvianolic acid B from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge. The effects on percentage extraction of salvianolic acid B, such as leaching time, solvent types and concentration, MAE time, liquid/solid ratio, pH of solution and extraction stages, were discussed. The orthogonal experiment was employed to obtain the optimum technological conditions of deioned water as solvent, liquid/solid ratio 12, microwave extraction time 90 s, solution pH 5, extraction two times and the 3.4% yield of salvianolic acid B. Comparing with other techniques, the percentage extraction in MAE is 54.0%, 57.6% higher than ultrasound-assisted extraction, Soxhlet extraction respectively.
