摘要
针对目前茶叶中稀土检测方法中存在的样品前处理复杂、灵敏度低等问题,研究了茶叶中15种稀土元素的检测方法。该方法采用微波消解方法处理茶叶样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定15种元素,测定茶叶标准物质GBW07605和GBW10016表明,各元素结果与标准值一致。对茶叶中稀土元素的实际应用显示,使用该方法简单、快捷、准确,可以获得满意结果。
One new method has been developed for the determination of trace rare earth elements in tea by ICP-MS to overcome the problems such as complex sample preparation, low sensitivity and so on when other present methods were used. This method uses microwave to digest tea samples, and uses inductively coupled plasma mass spectrum (ICP-MS) to determine fifteen rear earth elements simultaneously. The analysis results of certified tea reference materials, GBW 07605 and GBW10016 showed that the results of all elements were in good agreement with their certified values. Also, it could get satisfactory results when this proposed method was applied to tea analysis. All of the above indicates that this method is simole, raoid and reliable.
