摘要
针对目前配料秤系统中采用传统PID控制的不足,提出了一种基于模糊PID控制的方法,将模糊控制技术与传统的PID控制技术结合起来,共同应用于实际系统的调节当中,误差较小时采用PID控制,误差较大时采用模糊PID控制,大大提高了系统抗外部干扰和适应内部参数变化的鲁棒性,有效地解决了系统运行中误差不稳定和动态特性不理想的问题。
According to the disadvantages of traditional method based on fuzzy PID controller was discussed. The PID controller in the proportioning weighing system, a method combined fuzzy control technology with traditional PID algorithm and applied them to practical system. Less error with PID controller and large error with fuzzy PID controller could greatly enhance the robust of system against external interference and adapting to change within the parameters. It could solve the problem of unstable error and dynamic performance in operation of system effectively.
