摘要
摩托车前、后减振器装配线是通过电气、液压、机械及它们的组合方式,在国内首次实现了摩减装配过程半自动化,并且采用多台分机完成相应工序的装夹和装配,两条装配线都由日本产C60P可编程控制器控制;该装配线不仅提高了产品品质和生产效率而且减轻了工人劳动强度及减少操作工人。
This is the first time to assemble motorcycle shock absorber semi-automatically at home. There two assembly lines,employing multiple-machine mode to undertake fixture installation and shockabsorber assembly separately at corresponding stations, are operated by Japanese Nissan C60p programmable controls. These lines are helpful to improve product quality,production efficiency and reduce labor strength and quanity of workers.
