摘要
介绍危险性和可操作性研究(HAZOP)的方法,并用此方法分析苯酐装置的氧化反应器。大多数现役或在建苯酐装置的氧化反应器是在爆炸范围内操作,存在较大的火灾、爆炸危险性,一旦在操作、控制和管理上稍有疏忽,就可能发生火灾、爆炸事故。HAZOP方法针对指定系统进行结构化和系统化的审查,辨识系统中潜在的危害和潜在操作问题,并为今后的设计提出相应建议和措施。
This article mainly introduces the method of Hazard and Operability Study(HAZOP).Most of the current PA reactors are operated in explosive limit,so they are at high risk of fire and explosion.Potential fire or explosive accident will be caused by any mistake in the operation,control or management.HAZOP is a structured and systematic technique for examining a defined system,with the objective of identifying potential hazards in the system and potential problems in the operation.Suggestions and safety measures are put forward for future design.
