摘要
通过对国内钢渣粒化技术的应用研究,并结合水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司转炉钢渣处理的实际情况,提出在水钢采用钢渣粒化的技术。该技术可充分回收转炉钢渣中富含的金属铁元素,处理后的转炉钢渣,还可供水泥厂矿渣微粉生产线或水泥生产线配料使用。
Upon the study on current application of steel - slag granulating processes in China and integrating with actual conditions of Shuicheng Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. , the author recommends to use a steel - slag granulating technique in Shuicheng Steel Group due to its higher recovery of iron and relative metals from the slag, and after treatment, the powdered slag can be used as a blending material in the production line of cement plant.
