摘要
本文研究了光折变效应中,温度对晶体内空间电荷分布影响的微观机制,提出了空间电荷场的修正项,给出了钛酸钡晶体的空间电荷场与温度的理论曲线以及二波耦合中光强耦合系数与温度的理论曲线.
In this paper,a theoretical model for the influence of the temprature on space charge field inphotorefractive barium titanate and other crystals is proposed. The theoretical curve of E-T and r-Tare given. The curves show that the space charge field and the gain c0upling coefficient of two-wavemixing in BaTiO, are increased with increasing temperature.
