体感诱发电位评价家兔内囊出血前后神经机能动态变化的研究

摘要 目的探讨内囊出血前后的体感诱发电位的变化,评价家兔神经机能的改变程度。方法利用兔脑立体定位仪和RM-6240B型生物信号采集系统,分别计测家兔内囊出血前后的诱发电位。利用皮尺测量家兔记录点与刺激点之间距离,利用分析软件对诱发电位P1、N2波的峰潜伏期进行测量。结果内囊出血后N1、P1、N2波的起始潜伏期及峰潜伏期较出血前延长(P<0.05),波幅较出血前降低(P<0.05);内囊出血后60分钟的起始潜伏期及峰潜伏期较出血后5分钟时延长(P<0.05)。利用家兔记录点与刺激点之间距离与体感诱发电位P1、N2波的峰潜伏期建立了回归方程。结论通过计测分析家兔内囊出血前后诱发电位,可以对内囊出血后神经机能受损程度进行客观的评价,为临床治疗内囊出血提供参考。在一定体长范围内,正常体感诱发电位P1、N2波峰潜伏期与家兔记录点和刺激点之间距离有直线回归的关系。 Objective: To evaluate the changes of nervous function through exploring the changes of (SEP) before and after internal capsule hemorrhage. Methods: Stereotaxis instrument and RM-6240B biological signal collecting and processing system were used to measure SEP of the rabbits before and after internal capsule hemorrhage. The distance between recording point and exciting point with tape rule was measured when the rabbits were relaxed after anesthesia, and the peak latency between P1 and N2 of SEP was also measured with the analytical software. Results : Peak latency and onset latency of N1, P1 and N2 of SEP were prolonged after internal capsule hemorrhage (P 〈 0.05 ) and amplitudes of N1, P1 and N2 of SEP were decreased(P〈0.05). The onset latency and peak latency of internal capsule hemorrhage in 60 min was pro- longed 5min after the hemorrhage. A linear regressive equation through the distance between recording point and exciting point with peak latency of P1 and N2 of SEP was established. Conclusion: SEP is an objective index to evaluate the impaired degree of nervous function before and after internal capsule hemorrhage. The normal latency of SEP has a linear regressive relationship with the distance between recording point and exciting point.
