家族企业代际传承研究演进探析 被引量:12

摘要 代际传承是家族企业成长过程中面临的严峻挑战,因此长期以来一直是家族企业研究者们关注的焦点。本文以107篇公开发表或出版的研究文献为基础①,从家族企业代际传承的内涵、家族企业代际传承研究的主题以及研究方法等角度,对该领域研究的演进脉络进行了系统的梳理和分析,最后结合我国家族企业发展的实际和理论研究现状,对该领域未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
