摘要
专业镇是构建主导产业群体系的建制镇,是一个最基层的行政区域。主导产业群体系是产业集群等产业组织的高级形式,是专业镇成为乡镇和中心镇高级形态的根本体现。专业镇实施产业经济、地域城乡一体化、生态环境、和谐社会等建设协调发展,使它有别于各种产业园区的发展。镇域"根植性"和"集群文化"是主导产业发展的重要人文因素。镇政府在培育主导产业、根植性、集群文化三者互动关系中发挥重要作用。专业镇发展是镇政府执政治理创新能力的综合体现。
The specialized town is a type of designated town that owns a set of leading industries. It is a basic administrative region in China. As the advanced organizational form of industrial clusters, the specialized town reflects the most advanced pattern of the township or central towns. In specialized town the following four aspects are put into practice, namely industrial economy, integration of urban and rural areas, ecological environment and harmonious society, that distinguishes specialized town from industrial gardens. Both ＂embeddedness＂ and ＂cluster culture＂ at the township level are of important human factors for the development of leading industries. The specialized town reflects the innovation capability of reign and governance of the town-level government in view of their playing a key role in harmonizing the relation between leading industries, ＂embeddedness＂ and ＂cluster culture＂.
