摘要
在河北省平泉县经济快速发展引起当地产业结构、就业结构、人才需求结构相应失衡的背景下,从经济社会发展的需求出发,结合平泉县今后的经济发展规划,在研究当前农村职业教育中存在问题的基础上,对办学类型、办学原则、人才培养目标和专业设置进行了探索,并提出了改革创新建议。
On the background of the unbalances in the structure of industry, employment and the demand of talents in Pingquan resulting from the economy development, and from the demand of economic and social development, combining Pingquang future planning of economic development, based on the study of current rural vocational education, its school type, operating principle, personnel training goal and professional set were explored. Some advices on education reform and innovation were proposed.
