摘要
目的:建立溺水大鼠动物模型并对其效果进行评价。方法:40只SD大鼠随机等分为4组:正常对照组、溺水3min组、溺水6min组、溺水致死组。分别观察各组大鼠溺水后的皮肤黏膜色泽、精神状况、运动、反应及存活情况,检测脑质量、肺质量、心率、血氧饱和度及心电图,脑、肺、肝组织HE染色后观察病理学改变。结果:溺水3min组大鼠存活率为90%,溺水6min组存活率为10%(χ2=-60.6667,P<0.05)。溺水3min、6min组大鼠心率及血氧饱和度与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。溺水3min、6min组大鼠心电图出现多种心律失常改变,且病理学改变较明显。结论:溺水3min可用于SD大鼠溺水模型的建立。
Aim: To establish and evaluate rat animal model with drowning. Methods:A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group,3 min group, 6 min group, and death group. Three experimental groups were drowned for 3 min,6 min,and longer time resulting death in turn from the first group to the third group. Animalg color of skin and mucous membrane, the status of spirit, play,reaction were observed. The weight of brain, lung were detected. The pathological change of cerebral,liver, and lung tissue was observed by microscope after being stained with HE. Results: The surviving rate of the rats in 3 min group was 90% , and the surviving rate of tbe rats in 6 min group was 10% (χ^2 = -60. 666 7 ,P 〈 0.05 ). There were significant difference in the rate of heart and blood oxygen saturation between 3 min and 6 min group ( P 〈0.05 ). Lots of ECG changes and pathological ehanges were observed in 3 min and 6 min group. Conclusion: Drowning for 3 min in SD rats could establish an animal model with drowning.
