摘要
介绍了以PC机与单片机C8051F060组成的开关电源测试系统,提出了一套开关电源测试系统的设计方案,讨论了硬件电路(功率计、电子负载等)的设计,其中功率计实现对开关电源的三通道测量,并可以进行在线实时分析和参数测量;电子负载能实现任意负载值调节,精准而便于控制和转换负载,从而可以非常方便地测试出不同负载下的电气特性;结合硬件系统的设计,给出了系统的软件设计流程;现有的商业开关电源测试系统价格一般都很高,而且针对特定系统的开发设计与运行维护费用更高;与此相比,该系统具有人机界面友好、操作方便、价格低廉的特点;实际运行结果表明,该系统稳定度高,扩充性强,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。
This paper introduces the testing system for switching power supply,which is composed of PC and C8051F060 MCU.A design method of testing system for switching power supply is given.Also,it presents the hardware design of power meter and E-load etc.The power meter can be used for measuring the 3-channels of switching power supply,and with the function of real-time analysis and parameters measurement.Also E-load can be suitable for different load requirements which can be controlled and transformed with very high accuracy,so it will be pretty easy to get the electric characteristic for the different loads.Based on the hardware system design,a software flow is shown.Normally,the cost of commercial switching power supply is very high,and even more for the specific system design,and with the higher maintenance charge.Compared with this,there is so many advantages such as friendly-interface,easy operation and lower cost etc.The actual result shows that it is with high stability and easy to be extensible.The system presented in the paper provides a flexible and low cost solution which can be used widely.
