摘要
为探讨建立符合肛瘘患者健康教育临床路径的护理模式,制定肛瘘围手术患者健康教育路径图,并采用相同病例进行对照研究。对照组100例患者实施传统的健康教育方式,试验组100例依据路径图实施从入院到出院的系统、动态、连续而又有针对性的健康教育。结果显示,实施健康教育路径,满足了患者对健康教育需求。试验组健康教育达标率以及患者对护理工作满意度比对照组高(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结果表明,把健康教育引入临床路径。能系统地对肛瘘患者进行引导。利于疾病的转归,减少并发症,提高健康教育质量,具有可行性且效果良好。
In order to probe into nursing mode consistenting with clinical pathways of healthy education for the patients with anal fistula,author drew up the pathway-picture of peri-operative healthy education for the patients,and compared with the same cases(100 cases),that were taken as controlled group and received traditional healthy education pattern;trial group(100 cases) received the systemic,dynamic,continous and directed healthy education according to above pathway-picture. Results showed that performing the pathway-picture satisfied the requirement of patients for healthy education, the rate of reaching standard of healthy education,the satisfactory extents of patients to nursing were higher than controlled group( P〈0.01 ,or, P 〈0.05). These results show that introducing healthy education into clinical pathway can systematiclly lead the patients,and is helpful to recovery of disease, to reduce complication, to enhance the quality of healthy education,as well as has feasibility and better effects.
