摘要
目的观察胶原蛋白-硫酸肝素生物支架的生物相容性,为其应用提供生物学依据。方法以冷冻干燥法制备胶原蛋白-硫酸肝素生物支架,将支架埋植入大鼠体内,观察大鼠炎症、肝肾功能、免疫反应及支架体内降解情况。结果实验组大鼠血清WBC、CRP、肝肾功能、体液免疫反应与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;伤口愈合良好;支架在大鼠体内有所吸收。结论胶原蛋白-硫酸肝素生物支架具有良好的生物相容性,可作为神经组织工程支架材料。
Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of collagen protein-heparan sulfate scaffold in vivo. Methods The collagen protein -heparan sulfate scaffold was made by frozen -lyophilized method. Inflammation, immunoreaction, hepatic function and renal function were observed after the scaffold was implanted into rats. The degradation of scaffold was observed also. Results There was no significant difference in the number of white blood cells, C-reactive protein, humoral immune reaction of serum between experimental group and control group. The wound was healed well and the scaffold was absorbed to varying degrees in vivo. Conclusion The scaffold has good biocompatibility in vivo and can be used safely as biological materials in neural tissue engineering.
