摘要
介绍了低温等离子体技术的基本特点。造纸工业中应用低温等离子体技术,能够提高化学纤维的润湿性、分散性,增强纸张纤维间及其与其他物质的结合力,从而改善纸张强度性能。低温等离子体技术在改变木素基团结构以及黑液处理方面也有一定的研究应用。该技术以其独特的作用能达到常规处理难以实现的效果,在造纸工业领域将有广阔的应用前景。
The low temperature plasma technique and its essential characteristic were introduced. In papermaking industry, low temperature plasma technique can improve the wettability and dispersion properties of vegetable and chemical fibers, increase fiber bonding and the compatibility of pulp fiber with other materials, thereby improve paper strength properties. On the other hand, the technique is found to be useful in the modification of the molecule structure of lignoeellulosie fibers and black liquor treatment. This technique with unique function will have great application potential in papermaking industry.
