摘要 目的:在《中国药典》2005年版一部郁金项下的基础上,对黄丝郁金的质量标准进行研究。方法:采用TLC法对黄丝郁金进行定性鉴别,并测定了黄丝郁金的挥发油、总姜黄素、姜黄素含量以及浸出物。结果:通过薄层鉴别可鉴别黄丝郁金中的姜黄素;含量测定中,总姜黄素在1.62μg^4.32μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9989,加样回收率为90%~105%。姜黄素线性范围为0.027μg^1.35μg,r=0.9999,加样回收率为98%~105%。结论:为完善和提高黄丝郁金的质量标准奠定基础。 Objective: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia printed in 2005 on Radix Curcuma, to study on the quality control standard of Radix Cureuma longa, for the fast time. Methods: Applying the technique of TLC to identify Radix Curcuma longa; adding the content determination of oleum aethereum, curcumine and extractum. Result: curcumine in Radix Curcuma longs could be isolated by TIC. In the content determination, total curcumine showed a good linear relationship at a range of1.62 μg - 4. 32 μg, r = 0. 9989, The recovery was 90% - 105%. curcumine showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 027 μg - 1.35 μg, r =0. 9999, The recovery was 98% - 105%. Conclusion: to establish the foundation of consummating and promoting the quality control standard of Radix Curcuma longa.
