摘要
利用有限元法,建立了钢包的5种包底结构模型,分别计算了其包底结构模型的应力分布,并做了比较,得出第5种方案是最优的模型。然后将第5种方案的模型应用到钢包的实际生产中,现场使用表明钢包的寿命得到了很大的提高,用试验对第5种方案的模型进行了验证。这种方法对钢包寿命的提高是切实可行的。
Five structural models of ladle bottom have been established and bottom stress distributions of these models calculated by using finite element method. Then the model of the fifth scheme is determined to be the best one by comparison of each with other and then this model is applied to actual production of ladle. Application of the model on site indicates that ladle's lifetime is greatly improved. Verification on the model of the fifth scheme demonstrates that this method is feasible to improve ladles lifetime.
