摘要
某些情况下,在测试瞬态压力时必然包含有连接通道,内燃机示功图的测量就是一个典型的例子。但是通道的气动特性使测录的压力波发生畸变,本文考虑了通道中的非定常、非等熵流动,并且提出了一种特殊的逆特征线法用于对畸变直接进行校正,实验结果显示通道的畸变效应可以得到完全的修正。另外,本文指出在传感器的安装、维护、寿命和抗热冲击等方面,连接通道的存在反而是有利的。
On some occasions,connecting passages have to be involved in the transient pressure measurement. Recording. indicator diagram of an internal. combustion engine is a typical example. However,the passage distorts the pressure wave measured because of its aerodynamic feature. The un-steady non-homoentropic flow of the passage is considered in the paper and a special reverse method of characteristics is introduced to directly correct the distortion.The experiment shows that the distorting effects can be rectified fully by the method. In addition,it is pointed out that the passage has certain advantages in mounting,maintenance,service life and anti-thermoshock of the transducer.
