摘要
通过对基本建设的内涵和发展历史的论述,阐明了依法搞好我国基本建设工作是非常必要的;也是发展基本建设的保证。
According to the statement of the connotation and development history of capital construction,this paper states that performing capital construction work in our country according to the law is necessary and it is the guarantee of developing capital construction.
