介绍了乘客满意度调研的必要性、方法及其主要实施步骤,并通过分析乘客满意度在城轨交通实际运用的效果,提出相关建议。
The necessity, methods and primary implementation procedures of passenger satisfaction research are presented. The corresponding suggestion is proposed by analyzing the actual effects of passenger satisfaction in urban transit.
