摘要
结合西蒙的决策模型、COBIT框架结构与宏观环境,分析我国中小企业信息技术外包的主要风险,并以COBIT框架结构为主线,结合信息技术外包的特点,提出风险控制方法。
This paper integrates Simon＇s decision-making model,COBIT framework structure and macro environment to analyze the major risks of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprises＇ IT outsourcing. According to the COBIT framework structure and the characteristics of information technology outseurcing,the article proposes control methods finally.
