氧化锑对RIM聚氨酯弹性体性能与结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 制备氧化锑含量不同的反应注射成型聚氨酯弹性体(RIM-PUE)复合材料,室温放置7d后检测其性能。结果表明,氧化锑在聚氨酯体系中具有一定的催化活性,可使聚合反应时间缩短;制品的密度、硬度及拉伸强度随氧化锑含量的上升呈缓慢上升趋势,而制品的断裂伸长率显著下降。SEM分析表明,由RIM法制备的PUE/氧化锑复合材料中,氧化锑可较好地分散于PUE基体中。 RIM polyurethane elastomer material was prepared with different antimony oxide content, then examined at room temperature after seven days. The results showed that, antimony oxide had the catalytic activity in the polyurethane system to some extent and may shorten the reaction time of polymerization; the density, hardness and tensile strength of PUE/ Sb2O3 composites increased slowly with the increasing of Sb2O3 content, but the elongation at break decreased remarkably. The microstructure of the sample by SEM showed that, in PUE/ Sb2O3 composites by RIM, antimony oxide could be evenly dispersed in PUE matrix.
