摘要
《动物性食品卫生学》是面向动物医学、动植物检疫专业开设的必修课程之一。根据教育部精品课程建设意见,课程组从教学基地、教学素材库、教学方法及考核制度4个方面进行了课程建设的探索与实践。
Animal Derived Food Hygiene is one of the compulsory courses for the majors of animal medicine and animal ＆ plant quarantine. According to the opinions about qualified courses construction from the Ministry of Education, the curriculum group carried on an exploration and practice of the course construction regarding teaching base, teaching data pool, teaching methods, and examination ＆ assessment system.
