摘要
目的探讨与总结26例胰腺损伤患者术后的临床观察要点及护理进展，避免并发症的发生。方法对26例胰腺损伤患者术后进行心理护理、各种引流管的护理、腹腔灌洗的护理，预防并发症及对生命体征严密观察。结果26例胰腺损伤患者术后均痊愈出院。结论胰腺损伤患者术后易发生各种并发症，只要护理人员精心细致地做好各种护理工作，就可避免并发症的发生，提高病人的生活质量。
Objective To probe and summarize the main points of clinical observation and nursing progress of 26 patients with pancreatic injury after surgery in order to avoid the occurrence of complications. Methods After surgery, nurse 26 patients with pancreatic injury in terms of psychology, various drainage tubes and peritoneal lavage, and observe vital signs closely. Results 26 patients with pancreatic injury were all completely cured when they left the hospital. Conclusions Patients with pancreatic injury are liable to all kinds of complications after surgery. As long as nurses undertake nursing tasks meticulously, the occurrence of complications can be avoided and life quality of patients can be improved.
