摘要
目的评价护理专业自我概念量表在护理本科生中应用的信度和效度。方法应用护理专业自我概念量表对广州4所高校大学二至四年级的全日制四年制护理本科生共833人进行调查。结果护理专业自我概念量表的分半信度为0.86,各领域的分半信度均大于0.60;量表内部一致性信度为0.84,除沟通交流领域外,各领域的内部一致性信度均大于0.60;量表每个条目与其所属领域总分的相关系数均>0.50,提取5个公因子,可以解释总变异的54.06%。结论护理专业自我概念量表有较好的信度和内容效度,结构效度欠佳,可用于评价护理本科生的专业自我概念,但仍需进一步完善。
Objective To evaluate the validity and reliability of Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument (PSCNI) among nursing undergraduates. Methods From Dec. 2006 to Jan. 2007, 833 nursing undergraduates from 4 universities in Guangzhou were investigated by using PSCNI. Pearson correlation analysis, reliability analysis and explorative factor analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results PSCNI had good split-half reliability (0.86). All the split-half reliability of dimensions were above 0.60. The internal consistency was 0.84, and for all the dimensions were above 0.60, except for the communication (0.32). Each coefficient between an item and its dimension of the instrument was above 0. 50. Five principal components were extracted and the accumulative deviation was 54.06%. Conclusion PSCNI had good reliability and content validity, yet the constructive validity was not satisfactory. It can be used for the evaluation of the professional self-concept among nursing undergraduates though further improvement is needed.
